Cheap parts, company does not stand by product.

I wanted a kitchen aid. Then I found all the issues with them. Had to find something else. The burners in this grill are cast stainless and beefy. The rotisserie can do 40 pounds! The original burner deflectors don't do this grill justice so I got the ceramic ones to add in. They work awesome.

Great bbq, fantastic build quality, rotisserie excellent heat for a low and slow roast. This is a definite step up from any bbq from a big box store. Heavy sturdy and hot. Recommend. Downsides are not even heat across surface but you can use this to your advantage. And rotisserie does not have a large clearance so you have to remove grills to accommodate even a chicken.
