Best waffle maker I have ever owned. Nice and crispy on the outside (and temperature is controllable), and the right amount of chewy on the inside. Cooks fast, and -- for a waffle maker -- reasonably easy to clean. The overflow "moat" is a great design addition - less mess.

I’ve had it for a few months now and have used it to make traditional waffles, HK style bubble waffles, potato waffles and croffles. The non stick coating works well and I just wipe it down with a damp paper towel after use. I haven’t had any issues with chemical smells. It heats up pretty quickly even on the second highest setting. The blue light is a nice feature since it tells you when the waffle is finished cooking or when the plates are preheated enough for the next waffle. I’ve been able to make crispy on the outside waffles with a fluffy middle, but I believe that has more to do with the recipe than the waffle iron

This is a nice waffle maker. My 12 year old loves making waffles on weekends and this gets put through it's paces to be sure. It is easy to use and the overflow rim is nice and makes things far less messy when the "chef" puts too much batter in. Since it came with a measuring scoop it is now acceptable to measure batter the way dad has been explaining for years, and overflows are far less

This waffle maker is so easy to use! It cooks perfectly every time and makes beautiful, delicious waffles. You can control how crispy you like them. If you follow the instructions on the box and use the measuring cup provided to pour it into the waffle maker it’s a no brainer. Super easy clean up to just wipe with a damp cloth. It’s compact and stores easily. Best purchase I made for myself in a long time.
