Ignore Negative Reviews About Induction Compatibility & Foods Sticking

For years, I’ve looked for an induction compatible griddle similar to my aluminum Calphalon griddle. For over a decade I’ve cooked pancakes, French toast and other foods on my Calphalon griddle without oil or butter. The negative reviews for the GreenPan Valencia Pro griddle are totally unjustified.

Hate the long pointed handle on 19th Apr 2023

First off I have to say I was appalled to find so very few choices for an 11” square, induction compatible, griddle. Even All-Clad, with it's reputation for induction cookware, only offers a non-induction compatible griddle – ridiculous. Let me be clear, I'm talking about a GRIDDLE; not a grill. They are different pieces of cookware. In addition, it was even harder to find one with a good quality, safe, non-stick coating.
