It’s been a long time since I’ve used a toaster oven; getting this distinctively designed model by GE makes me glad I came back. Most impressive are even cooking temps and browned food. Everything we’ve made in this roomy yet compact oven is as attractive and thoroughly cooked as what our standard size oven produces, except at half the energy cost.

The toaster oven looks very elegant. The chrome and rose gold shines. I wanted a smaller oven so I wouldn't have to use my stove oven for smaller dishes. It works great and heats evenly. I enjoy that it is digital and with a press of a button it starts heating up. I like that it has different cooking preferences like baking and toast even pizza. It doesn't heat up your whole home like a regular oven when in use. But it is something extra to use when needed.

Stomach is full though so I guess it’s worth the money.

I know that this is silly but I bought these for the looks over the standard countertop oven and for that it excels to me. It is a little smaller than my old unit so it can't handle as large of frozen pizza but when it comes to cooking real food like steaks, pork chops, or fish, it does far better than my old unit. It was a little confusing on first try because I didn't read the manual and when it is preheating, it says push the start to cook and what that does is skip the preheating. Once it has preheated, it gives you about ten minutes to put your food in to push start before it shuts down just like my other old unit. It was just a learning curve for me as I don't like to read instructions. Like my old unit, it is not easy to clean the bottom heating elements because they are exposed to drippings, but I can't see where any oven would be better. My older oven also had heat leakage and that caused uneven cooking and this unit is sealed well. Probably the only real thing to not like is the price but the unit is well made and heavy to make up for the price and in the end I felt that I made a good decision. Did I mention, it is nice looking.
