For this machine, which was designed and built for domestic use, JURA Products Ltd, Vivary Way, Colne, Lancashire offers to the end customer, in addition to the rights of guarantee from the retailer, a manufacturer’s warranty with the following terms and conditions: 25 months from the date of initial purchase For products which are subject to selective distribution, the manufacturer’s warranty shall only apply if the JURA machine was purchased at an authorised JURA specialised dealer. JURA shall remedy all defects within the warranty period. JURA shall decide whether to remedy the defect by repairing the machine, replacing defective parts or replacing the machine. The performance of warranty services shall not cause the warranty period to be extended or restarted. Replaced parts shall become the property of JURA. A warranty service is not applicable for damage or defects caused by incorrect connection, incorrect handling or transport, repair attempts or modifications by unauthorised persons or non-compliance with the instructions for use. In particular, the warranty shall be void if JURA’s operating or maintenance instructions are not followed or if maintenance products other than JURA water filters, JURA cleaning tablets or JURA descaling tablets are used which do not correspond to the original specifications. Wearing parts (e.g. seals, grinding discs, valves) are excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign bodies entering the grinder (e.g. stones, wood, paper clips). The sales receipt, specifying the purchase date and machine type, must be provided as evidence of warranty claims. In order to simplify the process, the sales receipt should also include the following information where possible: name and address of the customer and serial number of the machine. Warranty services are performed in the United Kingdom. For machines purchased in Europe and taken to another European country, services shall be performed in accordance with the JURA warranty conditions applicable in this country.   Makes great black coffee which is the way coffee should be enjoyed.

  I am an avid dark coffee with no cream, sugar, or other additives drinker. The e6 makes great bold and tasteful black coffee that Is exactly what I want. I can’t testify for any of the other options the e6 can brew so some of the other reviews may be more useful to the reader. The one negative that I might add is the quality of the most plastic parts that make up the machine. I imagine that the plastic pieces may break over time and replacement parts are not available.

  Hard to justify the price, but so good.

  I visited my brother and his family and they have a Jura E6. I loved the flavor and the convenience of the coffee each morning. I looked into the Jura and only saw excellent reviews. I just could not justify paying that much money for a coffee maker. I went home to my traditional coffee maker and was content. Then I returned to my brother's a few months later and again was impressed with the Jura. I decided, without telling my wife, I would buy this coffee machine for my birthday. Luckily, after the first morning of having the Jura in our house, my wife also enjoyed the coffee and the ease of the machine. Thankfully we are living happily ever after with excellent coffee every morning.

  If you like coffee, you will love Jura!

  This is my second Jura. The first one was 15 years old and was, in fact, still working but the grinder was beginning to operate slower so I decided to upgrade. If you are a coffee connoisseur or simply enjoy a fresh cup every time, I highly recommend this machine.

  We love our new Jura! It’s our second one. The first one is still kicking after 12 years. It does have some issues so we splurged and bought a new one. Sent one to our married kids for Christmas. I believe they will save money buying beans and not pods!
